- Thieves are stealing out-going mail in Elizabeth, pulling checks out, and using the routing and account numbers to make cash transfers. In other words, the crooks are smarter than the banks. Yet another reason I’m glad I went to e-banking.
- Why has BofA hiked bond sale fees for government-guaranteed debt? Because it can, silly person. Until new Ken Lewis’ new partners in Congress come calling, that is.
- Police kill “celebrity” chimp. Despite the Xanax-laced tea used to calm Travis. Travis went, well, ape and mauled a woman, shook off a stab wound, and attacked a police officer. Must’ve been an ECU football fan.
- Some TV stations are going digital tonight. Some are not. Some already have. Can we please stop talking about this?
