The N&R — little surprise —- endorses Lindbrook’s Elm Street development, saying “this is hardly the case of the city settling, out of desperation, for just any suitor.”
As for the $100,000 forgivable loan the City of Greensboro offers up, the N&R says “that’s the nature of incentives. Not everyone asks for them and not everyone receives them.”
But as it was noted last week, if you ask the city for incentives, you’ve got a real good chance of getting them.
