Me, I am more and more convinced that Greene is some sort of weird blowback outcome produced by a desire to have a Democratic senate primary which would then elevate the name ID of the winner — for free. Not that some secret Dem cabal in South Carolina created Greene, just that party officials were not exactly blind-sided by him or unhappy that he filed.
