Rasmussen reports here that Obama’s Presidential Approval Index rating is -8.

for Thursday [9/17] shows that 32% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of
the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Forty
percent (40%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval
Index rating of -8 (see trends). Thirty-five percent (35%) believe the U.S. is generally heading in the right direction and investor confidence today reached the highest level of 2009.

And reports here that Burr has the lead for the US Senate in 2010.
