It’s become all too predictable—when President Obama travels overseas, he’s going to slam America. Comments made the president made in Laos–which by the way is still a communist nation:

“Usually when you see the environment destroyed, it’s not because it’s necessary for development,” Obama said. “It’s usually because we’re being lazy and we’re not being as creative as we could be about how to do it in a smarter, more sustainable way.”

…“The United States is and can be a great force for good in the world. But because we’re such a big country, we haven’t always had to know about other parts of the world,” he said. “If you’re in the United States, sometimes you can feel lazy and think we’re so big we don’t have to really know anything about other people.”

Closer to home, Triad conservative passes along some plain talk about the Obama presidency:

Obama is also the laziest President in history. He has taken more vacations, played more rounds of golf, and spent more taxpayers’ dollars on pleasure trips than any President before him. But, to me, it’s a good thing he is so lazy. Think of the damage he could have done if he wasn’t.

That said—and as anxious as I am about the next president no matter whom he/she is—I long for the day when this individual no longer occupies the White House.
