There’s something schizophrenic in the support for ObamaCare. Insurance companies are evil profitmongers, so we’re going to force millions of people to buy even more expensive products from them. The government cannot afford its existing obligations, so we’re going to increase the number of people it’s obligated to. We are spending too much on health technology because people want it, but we need more people to be insured so they’ll have access to that technology.
