Again, big caliber ammo. This IBD editorial takes a look at the results of the $160 million in Annenberg Challenge funds Obama directed in Chicago.
There weren’t any results. Virtually no difference in academic performance between students in Annenberg schools and those in schools not blessed with Annenberg money and programs.
It would be interesting to know just how all that money was spent.
