High taxes and protectionism are a nasty mix, and Boskin hasn’t even considered many other aspects of Obama’s authoritarian, central planning mindset — much less the added damage that is likely once Congress gets going on all its ideas.
Of course, Obama doesn’t count on winning the election on the votes of people who understand economics and can see more than 30 minutes into the future.
