The now former N.C. State chancellor’s resignation letter includes the following:
I have devoted 23 years of my life in service to N.C. State, “The
People’s University.” I intend to continue to serve the university as I
return to the faculty.
Is he getting a special deal similar to the one he gave former provost Larry Nielsen? Should UNC system leaders allow either Oblinger or Nielsen to remain employees of N.C. State University?
