Joe Coletti, who’s been featured quite prominently in this edition of the Impact Report, was quoted in an article in the Heartland Institute’s Health Care News on West Virginia’s Medicaid incentive program. Writing for the Reason Foundation, Paul Messino released a study on state drug taxes across the nation.  Our state is one of 21 states that tax illegal drugs.
