I don’t know why, but the Charlotte Capitalist reflecting on the bird flu scare that wasn’t — remember that? — made me snort out loud by recalling that President Bush was zapped “for not following the European lead by buying up massive amounts of Tamiflu. It generally pays to not follow the European lead.”
Can that be disproven? I can’t think of anything.
