The one time in my life I plan to vacation in Colorado and the city of Denver is going to make me navigate homeless people at tourist attractions, only I’ll be paying and they’ll get in free:
Denver wants to put its best foot forward during the Democratic convention, which means they want to get the homeless out of sight while the media focuses on the city. Instead of making panhandling illegal, which might solve at least some of the problem, Denver will pay for its homeless to ride buses and visit tourist sites.
I loved San Francisco the only time I visited there. I didn’t mind the raging lefties. I was prepared for that. It was the aggressive homeless panhandlers that ruined it for me. My sons were out there earlier this year and, from what I hear, it’s gotten much worse than when I was there in 2000. Thank you , Gavin Newsom.
