I’m grateful Representative Darrell Issa (R-CA) still remembers there ought to be a differentiation between politics and official White House business. Yet, although it was short-lived, I enjoyed feeling fishy and knowing I had finally upset some neurotic enough to get on a list. I enjoyed getting emails from White House officials trying to tell me that government (whatever that is) is better than me taking responsibility for my own contracting. They only hurt their cause with their inability to lay a sound foundation. Exemplary of government efficiency, all the while I was on the fishy list, I continued to get spammers asking me to host house parties and sell my friends and Congressmen on socialized medicine (for no other reason than that it feels good).
