The John Locke Foundation, along with several major media outlets in the state, including McClatchy and Media General, has gone to court in order to get the Easley administration to actually obey the state’s Public Records Law.
The crux of the matter is that Easley believes that the chief executive has absolute say on what is and is not a state record. Kinda reminds you of another guy and what is or is not torture. Or is or is not illegal government surveillance.
Yeah, that guy is full of crap too. Full steam ahead.
