During the course of an illuminating rundown on the business side of the Carolina Panthers, I’m surprised that the matter of surface parking lots near the stadium does not come up. It is no secret that city planners would like surface lots to disappear from Uptown in the next few years and make way for higher density development with underground parking decks.
But when that happens, where do all of Mark Richardson’s happy Panther fans tailgate? I’m just asking.
