No, not plastic stuff. Cheap fish sold as expensive fish at Tampa-area restaurants. It sounds like a couple of the restaurants were taken by wholesalers, but others should have known that they were getting “too good” of a deal on grouper for it to really be grouper.
Wonder if this happens at Charlotte-area restaurants?
