The State Board of Education voted to release a version of every state test to the public. For several years, the John Locke Foundation has been a strong proponent of releasing test questions to the public.
On the other hand, they also voted to count retests in determining pass rates (look for huge increases in pass rates) and will now use graduation rates to determine teacher bonuses (look for huge increases in bonus money).
