It’s time for those mind-splitting articles about government-provided breakfast and lunch for children. This one quotes two experts as saying, “This is good for families.” The reason is, it shows you don’t need a mom and a dad to feed the children. Forget that other program that says family meals reduce juvenile delinquency. Pets require responsibility, but children can be dropped off at school.
I’m having flashbacks to that episode of “Lost in Space” where the dough people kept rolling off the assembly line.
