ORANGE COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY TO HOST

AFFORDABLE CARE ACT INFORMATION SESSION

ORANGE COUNTY, NC (November 4, 2013)—The Orange County Public Library (OCPL) will host an overview of the Affordable Care Act at its Main Branch on Monday, November 1, presented by the League of Women Voters.

The 45 minute presentation will begin at 10:00 a.m. and is free and open to the public. Representatives from the League of Women Voters will explain the law in a factual, comprehensive and unbiased way, including the law’s impact on North Carolinians.

Tips on accessing the Health Insurance Marketplace Web site and ways to receive enrollment information more efficiently will also be shared.

There will be time for questions to be asked following the presentation.

The League of Women Voters is a 93-year-old nonpartisan political organization that takes positions on issues, but never on candidates or political parties.

The OCPL Main Library is located at 137 W. Margaret Lane in downtown Hillsborough. Free parking is available behind the library in the covered parking deck.
