Meanwhile, Legal and Regulatory Policy Analyst Daren Bakst contributed to the Competitive Enterprise Institute’s GlobalWarming.org Web site. Bakst labeled climate change a civil-rights issue. In other news, the Thinker Book Club recently highlighted the essay George Stephens wrote for JohnLocke.org on philosopher John Locke’s biographical highlights.
