Now that the E.A. Morris Fellowship Class of 2010 has wrapped up its last retreat of the year, attention turns to recruitment of a new class of fellows for 2011. Fourteen emerging leaders participated in the program this year. They recently gathered in Wilmington and discussed their leadership initiative projects, a capstone for the fellowship program. In other news of interest, both the Mooresville Tribune and Statesville Record & Landmark reported the story of an outgoing Iredell County commissioner who enlisted the John Locke Foundation’s help in fighting targeted corporate tax incentives.
