  • A unanimous three-judge panel upheld a ruling in favor of the Wake County Revenue Department in a dispute over the taxation of three aircraft owned by Marathon Holdings.
  • A unanimous three-judge panel affirmed a lower-court ruling in favor of Salisbury in a dispute over the rejection of a site plan for the renovation of a local asphalt plant.
  • A unanimous three-judge panel upheld a ruling from the N.C. Industrial Commission favoring Betsy Johnson Memorial Hospital in a worker’s compensation dispute.
