It is now 10-6 Redskins at the start of the 4th.

This is totally the result of a playing not-to-lose game plan by John Fox and staff. You could see this coming a week ago, but here we are with the season in the balance.

Most bizarre is the fact that the Panthers do not begin to trust Jake Delhomme until the team trails in the fourth quarter. Now it is down to a Jake 4th quarter comeback to salvage the Carolina season.

This is very unlikely.

Update: New QB or new Offensive Coordinator. Pick one. This combo will never reach another Super Bowl.

Oh, and to recap from Friday:

I will say that unless the Panthers find a way to put Campbell on the ground four or five times, they will probably lose. The Redskins have a functional TE in Chris Cooley and decent TEs usually murder the Panthers’ slow safeties. The Redskins will be smart enough not to ask Campbell to make complicated reads, so if he has time, he’ll find Cooley.

I should not be able to out game plan an NFL staff from my basement off of Providence Road.
