Yesterday, I mentioned that Lieutenant Governor Dan Forest sent a letter to State Superintendent of Public Instruction Dr. June Atkinson that asked the NC Department of Public Instruction to answer 67 questions about the Common Core State Standards.
Today, Atkinson requested that the Office of the Lieutenant Governor provide 10,000 sheets of paper to accommodate the request. [There is no word on additional passive-aggressive requests, say, for toner or pencils.] Forest posted a photo of the stack of paper on his Facebook page. Here it is:
