N.C. Supreme Court justices Sarah Parker and Mark Martin both have more than 63 percent of the vote in their races, with about 8 percent of precincts reporting.

Appointed justice Patricia Timmons-Goodson has stretched her lead over Eric Levinson to double digits (55-45) with 8 percent of precincts reporting.

The closest race — so far — is the one for the open Wainwright seat on the state’s highest court. Robin Hudson leads Ann Marie Calabria 51 percent to 49 percent.
