Figuratively speaking that is, as Greensboro City councilman PART board member Robbie Perkins made the analogy to Dale Earnhardt Jr’s final lap at the Coca-Cola 600.
The fare hike is a band-aid on a shotgun wound and —far as I can tell —– local boards and commissions just aren’t into a vehicle tax or a direct contribution. It’s going to be very interesting come August.
