That’s the message I got from new Charlotte Chamber of Commerce chief Bob Morgan during a brief interview on WBT this morning.

Failure to pass the bonds, Morgan argued, would spend one of those infamous “wrong signals” and likely make it hard to attract a top-flight superintendent to head up CMS. In other words, do not pass the bonds on their merits, do it for appearances sake.

Yup, sounds like a Charlotte solution.
