Anyone else get the feeling Julius finally had a sitdown with new DC Ron Meeks and was told, guess what, you don’t have to catch blocks on the edge anymore, just get upfield and chase the ball.
We’ll have to wait for training camp to know for sure what Meeks has in store, but right now Carolina has the potential to field an incredibly disruptive defense. If Peppers decides to be a motivated, every down part of that — watch out.
