On the subject of Gov. Perdue, CJ’s Sarah Okeson asks why Bev’s been silent on increased Medicaid costs the state would bare under proposed federal healthcare legislation. Probably because Sen. Kay Hagan told her to keep quiet.
Other governors are speaking out, although I’m not sure Arnold Schwarzenegger is the best example to hold up. Hard to feel sorry for Calif.—- they got their Berkeley, now they gotta eat it.
