Carrie Leggins is the Director of Operations at the John Locke Foundation. She works closely with the CEO & President to oversee daily operations and ensure the organization functions efficiently.
Prior to joining the John Locke Foundation, Carrie worked for five years as the Development and Operations Manager at the Civitas Institute, as well as the Foundation for Economic Education (FEE) in Atlanta, GA where she managed the FEE Alumni Network.
Carrie holds a BA in Political Science & International Affairs and a BA in Latin from Wake Forest University. A North Carolina native, she is passionate about her home state and all that it has to offer. In her spare time, she enjoys taking trips to the beach, cooking for her friends and family, and practicing yoga.
