Garland S. Tucker III is the retired chairman/CEO of Triangle Capital Corporation. He is the author of Conservative Heroes: Fourteen Leaders Who Changed America – Jefferson to Reagan.
Drawing on his extensive experience in business and knowledge of presidential history, Garland analyzes current policy and political challenges with an eye toward learning from history in order to make sound choices for the future. His work has been featured in numerous national publications, including National Review, Investors Business Daily, The Daily Caller, Real Clear Policy, Real Clear Markets, and Real Clear Education.
Garland is a graduate of Washington and Lee University and Harvard Business School.
