Page Cox joined the John Locke Foundation in September, 2005 as its Finance Manager. A graduate of North Carolina State University, Page has extensive experience in financial reporting, capital budgeting, billing, and tax preparation. Prior to joining JLF, she most recently worked for Nortel Networks for eight years, coordinating internal and external billing for all training courses completed in North America. She also served as the Director of Financial Reporting for Pines of Carolina Girl Scouts for seven years. She began her career in public accounting preparing international tax returns for Price Waterhouse for two years.

Page is an active voice in the Raleigh, North Carolina community. A staunch advocate of animal rights, she served multiple tenures on the Board of Directors of the Wake County SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals). She is an active member of the First Presbyterian Church and often assists in their Sunday School teaching program. Her primary passion, however, is college athletics, particularly men and women’s basketball. She and her husband John have two grown children who live in Atlanta, Georgia.
