Here’s a shocker. Dandre Lamar Morrison and Damal Digsby, are both 22 and both convicted felons who bonded out of the Mecklenburg County jail late last year on additional felony charges. The pair were charged yesterday with additional felonies after an apartment break-in in Ballantyne after a wreck-scarred chase down 485 and Hwy 51.
