The COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic has disrupted all of our lives. As N.C. policymakers respond to the disruption, they’re relying on freedom-forward ideas from the John Locke Foundation. CEO Amy Cooke discusses with Donna Martinez the role JLF plays as North Carolina responds to the ongoing pandemic. Donna also chats with Terry Stoops, JLF vice president for research and director of education studies, about the impact of a state order to close North Carolina’s public schools through the middle of May.
