As N.C. policymakers consider the best ways to help the state recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, the John Locke Foundation is offering help. The new Carolina Rebound project offers a series of freedom-oriented recommendations. Each is designed to improve the state’s public policy and boost the ongoing recovery. JLF’s Donna Martinez discusses key pieces of Carolina Rebound with authors Joseph Coletti (tax and spending issues), Jordan Roberts, (health care), Terry Stoops (K-12 education), and Jon Sanders (regulation).
