The John Locke Foundation has put together its first-ever issue checklist for municipal elections. The 37 questions are intended to help candidates and voters focus on the difference-making issues rather emphera, star-power, and cash money.
It will be interesting to see who steps up to stake out positions on these issues and who ducks, bobs, weaves, and whines. I’ll just take anything other than a clear “Yes” as a “No” and move on.
