The Democrat-aligned polling firm Public Policy Polling has new numbers out about the Wake County School Board.
The survey found that 47 percent of the county disapproves of actions by the new majority, compared to 42 percent who approve. But on the question of whether a switch to neighborhood schools would re-segregate the county, 42 percent think it would and 45 percent think it wouldn’t.
Not surprisingly, the numbers cut along party lines.
