The Ogre gives a shout-out to the N.C. Property Rights Coalition, which is gearing up to amend the state constitution to make clear that the government cannot take your property via some “economic development” scheme.
And, as it happens, the head of the Coalition is coming to Mecklenburg next week. The Libertarian Party is bringing Kieran Shanahan to Cornelius next Thursday, August 24. Shanahan will speak at the Acropolis Cafe & Grill at 7pm.
