District 98. His major disagreement with Rhodes according to the Charlotte O is over what kids eat. Rhodes was the lone vote against a state bill on child nutrition standards (oh to eliminate state control of schools). Tillis criticized the vote: “I don’t want to be the brave person standing up against children. What sense does that make?”
