While researching another topic, I came across this article on public-private partnerships in school construction.
Question: Has this ever been considered as GCS tries to figure out how to pay to rebuild Eastern High School? Is there a company in Guilford County with the resources to at least make up the difference in construction costs? What about the Bryan Foundation?
