With all this talk of money, just wanted to remind everyone that my $100 challenge on the final cost of the South Blvd. light rail line is now a month and a half-old with no takers.
I say the final, drop dead construction cost of the South Blvd. light rail line one year after it opens with be greater than the current $462.7 million price tag. Anyone disagree?
