From the News & Observer comes word that Republican Frank Roche is throwing his hat in the ring for the U.S. House seat currently held by Democrat David Price.
Roche said he plans to run a campaign focused on the United States’ interests in trade and foreign issues. He opposes Democratic proposals on health care and a cap-and-trade system on carbon emissions.
