Based on these numbers from Rasmussen, it is clear that North Carolina politicians who voted for ObamaCare are governing against the majority. Just one-third oppose repeal.

Fifty-nine percent (59%) of all North Carolina voters favor repeal of the national health care bill, while 34% oppose repeal. This includes 49% who Strongly Favor repeal and 25% who Strongly Oppose it. This is slightly higher support than is found nationally.
