Paul,

Good point, and one that becomes more salient all the time as the Democratic majority shrinks as the result of retirements. Reps. Neil Abercrombie (Hawaii) and Robert Wexler (Fla.) will be gone by the end of February, with no immediate replacements in sight (Hawaii has no money to even hold a special election), so the pressure on Kissell, Shuler, and other Democrats who were given a pass last time around will only increase.
