Yes, I have a sense of humor, so I realize this is just a bit of whimsy.
By the same token, it’s indicative of the groupthink prevalent among municipalities these days, whether it’s luring Google, not-as-slow speed rail, bike lanes, high-density development —you name it. They’re doing it, so we should do it, too.
I wish just one of our elected leaders would stand up and say we’re going along with the crowd.
