The Guilford County Board of Commissioners approved incentives Thursday more or less along party lines, though not the ones it typically draws.
The board voted 5-4 in favor of $175,680 in economic incentives for Ecolab to expand its existing operation at 8300 Capital Drive in Greensboro.
Republican Hank Henning joined the four Democrats in voting in favor of the incentives.
