The Tricorder is a nice idea, but a little behind the times. I vote for the iPhone. Those can do everything you need (and more!). You’ll find the Tricorder app right in between the Lightsaber and the Deodorant app.
I guess they didn’t think that taking notes on students performances or looking in the grade book (both of which would technically be handheld devices) could provide said needed feedback.
How *did* teachers manage before now?
