Regarding written policies for homeschoolers at N.C. colleges and universities, UNC, N.C. State, and Duke impose no extra requirements on homeschool graduates. Wake Forest has an extra form for homeschoolers to explain their high school diploma for the financial aid department, but it allows for nearly any situation. Davidson and Meredith, though, warn applicants to expect additional testing, a requirement that the UNC system dropped about ten years ago (after North Carolinians for Home Education confronted their Board of Governors about unequal treatment).

UPDATE: Wake Forest requirements.
