The NEA gave Hillary Clinton, Edward Kennedy, and John Rockefeller an “A” for their “support for public education and educators.” All three paid for their own children to attend private schools.
As we point out in Agenda 2006, affluent families already exercise choice. They can move to neighborhoods where assigned schools are of good quality, or afford to pay twice for better education ? once for private school tuition and then again in taxes to fund schools they don?t use.
