The Winston-Salem Journal reports the Town of Kernersville has officially file to condemn property owned by Joyce Development Corp. for a road it says serves the public purpose.
Kville also asked Forsyth Superior Court to dismiss Joyce Development’s lawsuit seeking to block the condemnation.
